Bid Synopsis:
|
The City of Sun Prairie is seeking bids for the replacement of heat pumps in City Hall. The work will include replacing 21 water source heat pumps with Carrier 50PCH or equivalent units with MERV 13 filtration and a minimum EER, COP as specified in the bid documents. Replacement units should utilize an electronically commutated motor (ECM) and be compatible with current and upcoming HVAC controls updates. Heat pump total capacity should be sized appropriately given the existing space conditions served. See bid documents for specifications and scope of work in further detail.
