Bid Synopsis:

The City of Green Bay is seeking a qualified organization that will administer the HILP program annually for the next three (3) years in accordance with the attached Procedures that were adopted by the RDA which outlines program provisions and guidelines and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations as they pertain to CDBG and HOME funds.

The qualified vendor will run the HILP program for the RDA on behalf of the City of Green Bay and provide seamless administration through the transition from an internally run program to a vendor run program under the guidance of the HILP procedures manual, and city staff
