Bid Synopsis:	The State of Wisconsin, Department of Health Services is seeking information from Vendors that have the necessary skills and resources to provide transportation, monitoring and scheduling to assist with the successful reintegration of individuals who have been determined by WSS 980.08 as Sexually Violent Person (SVP) leaving the state treatment facility at Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center. Specifically, DHS is looking for Vendor input for what services can be provided in each county with clients in the Supervised Release Program and Vendor input on whether these services should be bid together or separately.
