The City of Edgerton, Wisconsin is soliciting proposals from Contractors interested in removing and replacing the flat roof at the City Library.

Interested Contractors shall provide the city with written cost proposals which also provide information regarding the firm’s experience, references, equipment to be used and proposed schedule.

The proposal shall also include a completed and fully executed Bid Form.

All proposals may either be provided in hard copy enclosed within a sealed envelope and clearly labeled "Library Roof Replacement” or emailed to hmoser@edgerton.wi.gov by the deadline noted below:

The City of Edgerton reserves the right to contract with the Bidder that has been determined to be in the best interest of the City after full consideration of cost, schedule and overall value.

The City of Edgerton also reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and the right to adjust the schedule as may be required due to weather conditions.
