Bid Synopsis: The State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration, requests Bids for the purchase of clerical and labor temporary help service and intends to use the results of this process to award one or more Contracts. The Bidder(s) awarded Contract(s) will provide Statewide temporary help services on an as-needed basis for State of Wisconsin Agencies including University of Wisconsin System campuses and eligible participants in the State of Wisconsin’s cooperative purchasing service. The resulting Contract(s) will be mandatory use by State Agencies. Authorized municipalities may optionally utilize the Contract(s). The exact time and location for performance will be established for the Contractor by the State Agency requesting the services.
