The project consists of constructing a new 6,945 sq ft administration office addition. Remodeling and systems upgrade to the existing office and support areas of the existing facility. The related site work will provide additional parking, updated stormwater and necessary landscaping improvements. located at 801 Whitman, Appleton, WI, for a Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
