Bid Synopsis: The State of Wisconsin, Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), Division of Lottery is requesting bids for the purchase of Certified Public Accounting Services to inspect and witness Lottery drawings. State Lottery, §565.27(2), Wis Stat., requires the following:

(a)        All Lottery drawings are witnessed by an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

(b)        A CPA and a DOR, Division of Lottery employee must inspect any equipment used for the drawing before and after each drawing.

The Lottery reserves the right to negotiate with the Contractor to add additional games/drawings, and/or additional services to the Contract as needed. The Lottery is under no obligation to accept the additional services from the Contractor without written mutual agreement.
