Bid Synopsis: DCF is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and organizations for issuing licenses to family child care and group child care centers, licensed-exempt public school operated child care, and day camps, investigating complaints, and monitoring child care programs for compliance with licensing regulations.

Proposers will develop and deliver pre-licensing technical assistance services to potential applicants for family and group child care licensure. The contractor will screen and assist new potential applicants seeking child care licenses in understanding the requirements for licensure and the elements involved in operating a child care program before the potential applicant submits a formal licensing application to the Department.
