Bid Synopsis: The City of Madison, WI is seeking a qualified illustrator/consultant (the “Contractor”) to assist with the development of a comprehensive set of Illustrated Design Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) to augment the Historic Preservation Ordinance (the “Ordinance”). Specifically, the Contractor would, working closely with City staff, develop a document and visuals to graphically convey certain definitions and examples of appropriate interventions to buildings that would meet the requirements of the Ordinance.
