Bid Synopsis: The State of Wisconsin (State), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Wisconsin Veterans Home at Union Grove (WVH-UG) requests Bids for the purchase of Milk and Dairy Products.

WVH-UG is located at 21425 Spring Street, Union Grove, Wisconsin and is an eighty (80) bed nursing home and thirty-nine (39) bed community based residential facility for a total of one hundred and nineteen (119) members. WVH-UG provides year-round care, twenty-four (24) hours a day, to veterans and their spouses.

WVH-UG does not guarantee it will purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Bids that require a minimum quantity of commodities to be ordered shall be rejected. There shall be no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract cost during the term of the Contract.
