Supportive Housing Case Management (formerly Chronically Homeless CM)

On July 10, 2023, Milwaukee County Depart of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Housing Services (HS) posted a request for proposals for Ref. # DHHS-POS-HS-2401, Supportive Housing Case Management (formerly Chronically Homeless CM) (the “RFP”). When the RFP closed on September 8, 2023, the department was not able to achieve participation from interested parties to obtain competition, with due regard to the nature of the services to be acquired, to the extent advantageous to DHHS and practicable. As a result, DHHS has determined, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the RFP, that it is in its best interest to extend the RFP
