The Milwaukee County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Housing Services (HS) invites community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the RFP process by submitting proposals for Supportive Housing Case Management – My Home Program and Supportive Housing Case Management (formerly Chronically Homeless CM) Program, to be provided in the year 2024. The Department welcomes new prospective vendors including joint ventures and other innovative partnerships to participate in this RFP process.Open date: Monday, July 10, 2023
