Project Description:
Milwaukee County (“County”) invites responses to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from qualified, experienced Offerors who can provide Resident Commissary Services and/or a Resident Trust Account System. The provision of Resident Commissary Services and a Resident Trust Account System and the quality and reliability of these Services are high priority for the County.
Milwaukee County intends to award a three (3) year contract with up to two (2) optional one (1) year renewal terms to the Awardee under this RFP. Any contract awarded under this RFP must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, or local laws, rules, regulations, or standards. Proposed Services and/or equipment must maintain or improve the current level of service and must align with all existing software, applications, and equipment currently used by the County at contract award and in the future.
Offerors must be capable of providing either Commissary Services and/or a Resident Accounting system. Offerors may submit Proposals for both the Commissary Services and the Resident Accounting system. To submit Proposals for both requests, Offerors should submit “alternate” Proposals for each service. Alternate Proposals must stand alone – that is, function as entirely separate services/contracts with no reliance on the other solution to function.
