Milwaukee County (“County”) invites responses from qualified, experienced Suppliers interested in providing high-quality food service management for all aspects of the correctional food service program, including purchasing, dietary management, meal preparation and delivery, worker training and oversight, special programs, and maintenance and sanitation activities according to best practices that meet or exceed all local, state, and federal regulations for institutional food services, including WI Administrative Code DOC §350.11 and all requirements of the RFP document.
Milwaukee County intends to award a fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment for an initial term of two (2) years, with up to three (3) one-year renewals that may be exercised at the County’s option, contingent upon the quality of Contractor’s performance during the initial contract term.
