Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Services (BHS) and Children Youth and Family Services (CYFS), invite community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the Expression of Interest (EOI) process by submitting applications to provide Dual Care Coordination to youth and young adults (5-21) within the CCS and CLTS programs.
