Milwaukee County seeks a provider of high-quality food service management for its Correctional Food Service Program. The provider will manage all aspects of the Food Service Program according to best practices that meet or exceed all local, state, and federal regulations for institutional food services, including WI Administrative Code DOC ยง350.11 and all requirements of the RFP document.Open Date: Wednesday, June 28 at 8 am CST.
