DHHS BHS CARS Substance Use Disorder Res. Treatment Capacity Building / DHHS-BHS-EOI-Rescap

Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Services (BHS), Community Access to Recovery Services (CARS), invites community agencies, organizations and interested parties to participate in the Expression of Interest (EOI) process to build capacity for CARS Substance Use Disorder Residential Treatment services. The Department wishes to hear from agencies willing to increase capacity for services by way of existing or added facilities. Funding is available, if needed, for start-up costs: agencies responding to this EOI will be included in a later Request for Proposals to determine start-up funding award.
