The Sauk County Land Resources and Environmental Department – Parks Service Area, are
soliciting Bids for the proposed campground and related improvements at White Mound County
Park. Bids will be received until 2:30 PM, March 2nd, 2023 via QUEST CDN only. Bids will be
virtually opened and read aloud. All bidders will be provided with zoom login information prior to
bid opening via addendum.

PROJECT SCOPE:
The project scope includes but not limited to: earthwork, underground plumbing, gravel roadway
construction, site electrical, and site restoration.

BID SUBMITTAL:
Bids shall be submitted online via QUEST CDN only. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any
informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the
provisions of Sections 61.54, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes.

BID DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY:
Bidding Documents will be available from QUEST CDN online bid room (#8355472). Plan
download fees are $30. Bid documents will be available for review only by appointment at the
County Offices (505 Broadway, Baraboo, WI 53913) or at the Parkitecture + Planning office (901
Deming Way, Ste 102, Madison, WI, 53717).

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:
There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project. Contractor questions may be directed to
Parkitecture + Planning, 608-664-3910.

BID BOND:
A satisfactory Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid payable to the OWNER, shall be
submitted with the Bid via QUEST CDN.

SCHEDULE:
Selection of final bid is at the sole discretion of the OWNER, and shall reserve the right to waive
irregularities should it be needed. All Bids shall remain valid for 60 days after bid opening. Project
completion and restoration must be on or before August 31, 2023.
