Wisconsin Refugee Programs Database
The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for a refugee case management system and federal reporting software that is able to: • Facilitate the effective monitoring of client enrollment and participation in federally-funded programs and activities required for refugee cash assistance and benefits; • Automate manual systems used to fulfill federal reporting requirements, including Refugee Cash Assistance payments, and respond to ad-hoc information requests; and • Facilitate qualitative and quantitative data entry to expedite analysis, measure outcomes, and enhance data-driven decision-making. The Department of Children and Families (DCF) seeks a user-friendly software that can be customized as needed to reflect changes to federal reporting and policy requirements. In addition, DCF is seeking a vendor that will provide implementation, integration, customization and training on the use and administration of its software. The approximately 120 users of this software include DCF internal staff, direct service providers from refugee resettlement agencies, public health departments, literacy programs, and Wisconsin Works (W-2) agencies’ Staff who are located primarily in Milwaukee, the Fox Valley, and Madison but also in the balance-of-state and will require varying levels of access. All questions must be submitted via e-mail to Sylinda Lower, Purchasing Agent, DCFProcurement@wisconsin.gov using Attachment D form from RFP; no phone calls. The deadline for submitting questions is 11/15/19. Do not submit questions via eSupplier Portal.
