The City of Janesville Fire Department (JFD) is seeking proposals from qualified medical providers for an initial NFPA 1582 physical and cancer screening program that complies with grant procurement rules for Non-Federal Agencies in a performance period of June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2025.
The primary purpose of the program is to screen for cancers affecting firefighters. The secondary purpose is to gather data to continue the program past the grant period.
Proposals must be received via email as a PDF attachment at mcmanusj@ci.janesville.wi.us before noon on Monday, November 6, 2023.
