The City of Janesville is seeking proposals for Strategic Planning facilitation for the City Council and Executive Team. The City wishes to utilize the services of a professional facilitator to facilitate a strategic plan effort and create a new five-year strategic plan to help guide the City’s policy priorities and budget allocations moving forward.
